Togarashi is the Japanese word for "chiles." This blend is known as Japanese Seven Spice and is a common condiment on Japanese tables. We love this blend for its unique flavor and gentle heat.
It's excellent on shellfish like shrimp and crab. Try it on seared scallops for a completely different experience. And we love using it on our flavorful and spicy Shichimi Togarashi Popcorn!
